Conference Registration


The registered delegates will have access to all plenary and parallel sessions and exhibition, lunch and tea, invitation to the welcome reception and the WRM Gala Dinner, and a Conference satchel. Delegates would also have the opportunity to book Technical Tours and SIte visits and Colors of India.

The delegate fee is as below:

Registration Registration fees have to be paid in full to receive confirmation of registration.
An official receipt will be sent to the registered delegates upon receipt of full payment.
Full Registration fees include tea/coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktails, gala dinner and conference material.
Registration badge / ID to be carried for entry at the Conference Venue.
Cancellation
/ Refunds
The refund of registration fees per delegate is as follows:
  • 50% of Registration Fee would be refunded for cancellations made on or before August 14, 2017.
  • 25% of Registration Fee would be refunded for cancellations made on or before September 30, 2017.
  • No refund for cancellations made after September 20, 2017.
Refunds, if any, will be made post conference.

Registered WRM delegates are entitled for preferential travel bookings by our Airline Partner, Jet Airways. The airlines has extended a special discount of 10% on fares of both Economy and Business class bookings for the WRM registrants. Register on the website to access your travel code with Jet Airways.
